One Troy is seeking project proposals in partnership with the five working groups focused on the areas of Safety, Community Revitalization, Housing, Workforce Development and Youth that will measurably impact poverty in the North Central and Hillside North neighborhoods. The funds are allocated through the Empire State Poverty Reduction Initiative and give the City of Troy an opportunity to focus on these pressing needs while also fostering collaborative projects that can reduce poverty.
This RFPP is created to solicit proposals specifically through the current five working groups who have collaborated under One Troy to identify needs, measurements and collaborative opportunities tailored to the uniqueness of North Central and Hillside North. These solutions must prove to be effective (short-term and/or long-term) , inclusive, collaborative, replicable, scalable and sustainable.
Information sessions are being held for interested parties to ask questions.
